The upper level is open-plan, with the central kitchen creating a subtle division between the dining and living areas. The living area is divided into a media/entertainment area (featuring a 65″ flat screen smart TV) and a lounge area, enabling some division between children and adults if preferred. Vaulted ceilings and a small, covered balcony enhance the sensation of space.
